OFFICE HOURS AND APPOINTMENTS
We strive to provide hours that are convenient to patients, while still consistent with staffing limitations and Dr. Spencer's commitments with the Navy and the State Board of Dentistry. Emergencies are seen at any time, and most always on a same day basis. Routine appointments can be scheduled Monday through Friday, and occasionally Saturday. There are times in the early evening available, and in general we do not book out too far in the future. We try very hard to stay on time for our patients and both appreciate and expect the same of them. It is important that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of appointments, and repeat no-shows are charged a cancellation fee.
INSURANCE/PAYMENT
Payment is expected at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We participate in most of the area's large dental plans, such as Delta Dental and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. In addition, we accept Tri-Care dental insurance for military reservists, dependants, and retirees. The patient is responsible for copayment over and above what their insurance covers. We accept VISA, Master Card and Discover, and no interest financing is available through Capital One.
